hello, i’m happy you’re here
Many of us don’t see ourselves as survivors of trauma. For a very long time, I felt this way – dismissing my trauma and emotions until I could no longer ignore them. When left to their own devices, our traumas manifest themselves in the physical body as disease, pain, fear, anxiety and panic. We live in a day and age where we are always connected and accessible to the outside world, yet we have lost touch with our inner self.
After several years of struggling to find my calling and suffering from intense anxiety, I turned to yoga in the hopes of finding clarity and community. In the time that I have practiced, I found that and so much more. As women, we sometimes struggle to embrace and connect with our bodies, yoga has helped me love the unlovable parts of myself, gain strength and find inner peace.
I have completed two 200 hour teacher trainings - one at the College of San Mateo under Denaya Dailey and Robin Jaffe and the second at Passion Yoga School in Costa Rica under Adi Shakti. I am forever grateful to have learned from these inspiring and passionate women.
During my time at Passion Yoga School, I had a deep and profound personal healing experience that helped bring me back to my inner self. Hence, the creation of Rewild Yoga.
My goal is to assist clients on their journey to finding their higher self - physically, mentally and spiritually. Yoga helps us ground ourselves, improves our ability to self-regulate and aids us in developing sensory awareness in our bodies.
Beautiful things can arise when we allow ourselves to become aware of our bodies, embrace the stillness, and live in the present moment.
I look forward to meeting you!
