I am an Intuitive Mindset Coach and the founder of SACRED SISTERS.

I’m dedicated to igniting the flames of empowerment, clarity, and groundedness within the lives of women, specifically wellness + spiritual entrepreneurs.

I designed ELEVATE + Well Coaching to support women in embracing their true potential, unlocking their inner strength, and living with unwavering confidence.

I am of the belief that every woman possesses an innate wellspring of power, wisdom, and resilience. 

My approach to coaching is rooted in mindfulness, yogic philosophy and subconscious reprogramming. Coaching is co-creation.

There is nothing we will do together, that as not already within you. I am simply a mirror for your own power. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and my commitment is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world.
